Every resident deserves the chance to thrive.

In Phenix City, families are working hard to build better lives — and your support makes that possible.

Through Phenix City Housing & Neighborhood Development (PCHAND), your donation funds real programs that create real change:

  • Children receiving tutoring and enrichment in a safe, supportive environment

  • Seniors accessing food, wellness support, and community connection

  • Adults gaining job skills, career resources, and financial independence

  • Families and neighbors growing stronger together

PCHAND is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization affiliated with the Phenix City Housing Authority. All contributions are tax-deductible and go directly toward programs serving our residents throughout the year.
